Mitchell holland, Intern

Hello! My name is Mitch, and I am a second-year counseling student at Harding University. I have a degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas and currently work at a non-profit financial company, where I help with donor management. In addition to this role, I also serve as a music teacher at a local private school, blending my passion for music with mentoring and personal growth.

I am so excited to be part of the team here at 4 Rivers. I believe what sets me apart is my diverse real-world experience. Working in both corporate and education fields has given me valuable insight into the challenges people face in various aspects of life. These experiences have helped me develop empathy, active listening, and a holistic approach to helping others achieve balance and fulfillment.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals through major life transitions, whether it's managing personal goals, family dynamics, Leadership in their daily life, even career growth. I believe that each person has a unique story to share, and I strive to create a space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to navigate their challenges with confidence.

I am a believer with a wife and two dogs, offering also Christian and Spiritual Counseling. I also love music, which has always been an important part of my life. I’m looking forward to meeting you and being a small part of your story.
